Based on the voltage settings, how loud my fan is running (temps are normal) and performance, this seems like my best option lol!
I do want to point out I have an after market CPU heat-sink and fan. So from 4.0 GHz to 4.62 is a pretty nice boost for free... well except my increased electric bill I suppose lol! No blue screens (running BattleField 5, streaming to Twitch with OBS and a webcam) at these bios settings:

My CPU originally was 4.0 GHz and I have over clocked it to 4.72. Pretty pumped. Now just have to see if it is stable or if gets smoked lol! Wish me luck =)
